GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Natural landmark. Largest caverns in the east, with towering columns, rooms with ceilings 10 stories high, crystal clear lakes, pools and world’s only Stalacpipe Organ.
PARKING: 8 wheelchair accessible parking spaces. RV parking.
TYPES OF PATHS TO OR AROUND ATTRACTION: Sidewalk.
ENTRANCE: Front door of attraction. Marked with tactile strip and color change. Handrails on left and right. Ramps provided. Entry doors, 36 inches wide, easily open in and out with rail bar handle located 40 inches above floor. Lift available in lobby. Steps marked with tactile strip and color change. Handrails.
PUBLIC REST ROOMS: Located in separate building. Turns to enter. Sink height 34 inches. Pipes are wrapped. Wheelchair accessible toilet is 19 inches high with room for lateral transfer. Accessible stall checked regularly for obstructions.
PUBLIC TELEPHONE: Located beside rest room building.
SPECIAL SERVICES:

Special guide book for guests with disabilities.
For guests with hearing impairments, there are written scripts.
For guests with mobility impairments, there is a lift into the caverns for manual wheelchair users only. Cavern paths are accessible, but some have steep grades requiring assistance for persons in wheelchairs. Paths are 1.25 miles long.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE FACILITIES: Located in food service area. Tables for customers in wheelchairs.
GIFT SHOP: Aisles 40 inches wide. Counters 38 inches high. Clerks assist customers with special needs. Aisles clear of temporary displays.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Accepted credit cards: V, MC, DS and AE. Hours: 9AM-7PM Summer, 9AM-4PM Winter. Admission: Adults $14, Senior Citizens (62+) $12, children 7-13 $6.

PARKING: 1 wheelchair accessible parking space in front of Main Lodge Building. Space 8 feet wide. Ramp area.
ENTRANCE: Ramp in place, 2 entry doors, 36 inches wide, easily open out with clearly marked knob handle located 42 inches above floor.
FACILITIES: Lowered drinking fountain. Luggage handling available. Non-smoking rooms. Menus and/or documents in large print on non-glossy surface.
PUBLIC REST ROOMS: Lobby near dining room, registration office and restaurant area. Door 36 inches wide, opens in. Turns to enter. Unisex or companion assisted rest room. 19 inch toilet seat height, 16 inches between commode and wall. Sink height 36 inches. Wrapped pipes. Accessible stall checked regularly for obstructions. Unisex or companion assisted rest rooms available.
ACCOMMODATIONS: 2 wheelchair accessible rooms, each with 1 double bed, and cot available. Bed on a frame with no obstruction beneath. Unnecessary furniture removed upon request. 60 inch circular clearspace in room and in bathroom. Bathroom door is 36 inches wide. Wheelchair accessible toilet is 19 inches high with room for lateral transfer. Grab bar in tub. Sink height 36 inches. Wrapped pipes. Handrail with toilet.
RESTAURANT: All tables accommodate guests in wheelchairs. Table height 32 inches, aisle width between tables is 42 inches.
SAFETY PROCEDURES: Wheelchair guests assigned to first floor rooms. Front desk personnel made aware of guests with disabilities, and their type, in case of emergency.

FACILITIES: Ramp in place to enter meeting facilities. Signage printed in recessed lettering. Menus and/or documents in large print on non-glossy surface. Motorized lift in dining room. Lowered drinking fountains. Luggage handling available. Non-smoking rooms available.
