GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Park offering boating, swimming, camping, hiking, picnicking and etc. on a 4,500 acre lake.
PARKING: Wheelchair accessible parking throughout the park.
TYPES OF PATHS TO OR AROUND PARK AND ATTRACTION: Concrete, asphalt and packed gravel.
ENTRANCE TO VISITOR CENTER: At Howe House at lake. 5 exterior steps, each 8 inches in height. Ramp available. Entry doors, 30 inches wide, easily open out with knob handle located 30 inches above floor.
PUBLIC REST ROOMS: Doors are 32 inches wide, and open in. Turns to enter. Accessible stalls have 32 inch wide doors opening in and out, and handrails. Wheelchair accessible toilet is 19 inches high with room for lateral transfer. Accessible stall checked regularly for obstructions. Beach bath house and Campground D rest rooms are fully accessible.

SPECIAL SERVICES:
For guests with mobility impairments,
there is a paved accessible trail to the beach. The paths are concrete and asphalt. Trail length varies. Beach house has a roll-in shower. Cabins, fishing pier, bath houses, swim area, boat dock and launch all accessible to persons in wheelchairs. Lowered drinking fountains.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Cabin #7 is wheelchair accessible. Paved parking area. Level concrete sidewalk and patio. Level entrances at front and from patio. Ramp at back door. Two bedrooms, one double bed, two twin beds. Cots available. Beds on frames, no obstructions. 60 inches of circular clear space in rooms and bathroom. Bathroom door 36 inches wide. Roll-in shower. Hand-held shower heads. Sink height 36 inches. Wrapped pipes. Handrails with toilet. 19 inch seat height. Room for lateral transfer. Smoke alarms with flashing lights. Lever handles. Lowered closet rod and light switches.
PICNIC AREAS: Located throughout park. Wheelchair accessible picnic shelters available, tables 30-32 inches high. Concrete paths. Covered shelters.
GIFT SHOP: Aisles are open, and counter heights vary. Clerks assist customers with special needs.
